Shimano SPD mountain bike pedals can be used for indoor spinning, MTB, cyclocross, touring, commuter. Please note that the set does not include Cleat Plates. Pedal With Confidence – Shaped to provide precise engagement, easy disengagement and a secure fit for confidence on the toughest terrain. Designed for single direction release, these cleats disengage by pivoting or rolling your foot outwards and upwards. Cleats do not have a multi release mode.
Natural Pedalling Motion – Cleats provide 12 of float, this means your foot can rotate 12 before the cleat disengages and allows natural amount of rotation during your pedal stroke.
